Everything was perfect

closet door wouldn't close, the base of the bed had sharp corners that you couldn't help bumping into, the sliding barn door for the bathroom was heavy and noisy, the bathtub was very slippery (no mat).

Love staying here! Just wish there was smart tvs.

Clean , breakfast was good

Our recent stay was very good, we especially liked the indoor walkway to Rogers Place. The staff were great, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Our room was well stocked with towels, glasses, cups, coffee, etc. complementary water was available at the front desk. Your room was required to operate the elevator and to access the hotel in the later hours which gave us a sense of security. The only drawback to our hotel experience was locating an elevator once parked in the underground parking lot. Level one had signage but Level two was a different story.
